Shipping, delivery and installation of your new spa.

Delivery and / or installation by Combined Pools & Spas (CPS):

Generally, CPS would prefer to deliver and install your new spa to ensure a seamless operation that will be free of error and possible accidental damage / harm to you, your home or spa.

CPS deliver to most Sydney metro areas, regional south coast, southern highlands, country NSW and Canberra. Delivery can be arranged at a cost of $350.00 for Sydney metropolitan addresses. South coast, southern highlands and Canberra deliveries can be serviced for costs starting from $400.00

Outer city areas such as Orange, Bathurst, Yass, Tamworth, Armidale, Wagga Wagga and further a field can be negotiated on request.

Customer pick up from our Narellan showroom:

CPS can load your spa safely at our Narellan showroom. Our staff can advise you on the necessary vehicle or trailer type and required transport lashing.

With the use of our forklift and professional staff we can get you underway free of charge.

Arranged delivery by a contracted carrier:

Should you require the appointment of a sub-contract carrier to deliver your spa, CPS recommends the use of a national / well established transport company. Most larger cities and towns will have transport companies that have a depot ner you for collection of your spa and may also deliver to your home address. It is important to remember that a contracted carrier is appointed to deliver your spa and not to install or place your spa at it's proposed final location on your property.

Usually, a contracted carrier will deliver your spa to the curb side or drive way of your address and may require unloading assisstance from you the purchaser. It is recommended that the dimensions, weight and unloading requirements be clearly defined with the carrier in advance as a tail loading vehicle would normally be required.

Insurance and goods in transit:

Insurance and safe delivery of goods by persons other than CPS is the responsibilty of the purchaser. It is important to arrange insurance with your appointed carrier prior to consignment.
